Preventative Maintenance Level Details
Level 1 Basic:
The Basic PM program includes inspection of major system components and operation along with lubrication of critical system areas where needed.
Level 2 Advanced:
The Advanced PM program includes everything in the Basic program and then provides a more in depth inspection of machine sub-systems, run out testing, cleaning and lubrication oil and filter replacements as needed. As well as a general overall cleaning of the machine.
Level 3 Premium:
The Premium PM program includes everything in both the Basic and Advanced PM programs, with the addition of Ballbar analysis, geometry confirmations and alignments based on machine make and model.
